Prominent Westchester,NY based Insurance Company seeks multiple mid-senior level .NET Developers.
Responsibilities:
Developing large enterprise applications utilizing ASP.NET, having an excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and the Microsoft .NET Framework, including SQL Server and SQL language/queries
Analyze, design, and implement components by applying best practices and coding standards
Design Patterns and Refactoring
Some technical documentation and testing skills
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software development
Development using ASP.Net, C#, Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010; latest versions are a plus
Solid understanding of SQL Server 2000/2005/2008; latest version is a plus
JavaScript, HTML and XML experience
The following are a plus: SharePoint 2007/2010, Mobile Development, Web Services, IIS, Silverlight, and a knowledge of mainframe platforms.
Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
