Technical Sales Support ??? Aseptic Manufacturing

This exceptional position is the ideal opportunity for the successful candidate to grow in their career, moving from a purely laboratory based career towards a more technical sales type career.



Successful candidates will become the company expert in product technology and product application for aseptic manufacturing technologies. They will be the key provider of technical services and project management for key customer accounts in the area, acting as the liaison between R&D groups responsible for scientific and technical support, coordinating, supervision and reporting on product field trials. Additionally, they will be responsible utilizing exceptional customer service skills to oversee technical and/or laboratory activities for specialized areas, to satisfy customer needs. They will also be expected to
furnish
technical information and expertise through telephone support, written correspondence, literature generation, laboratory analysis and direct field support to customers.



The qualified candidate will have the following skills and experience:

-B.S. in the applicable scientific discipline (microbiology, chemistry, biology, etc.)

-Have a minimum of 1-5 years of related experience, or a Masters degree with at least 1-3 years of related experience.


-Requires at least 1-3 years of related experience as a microbiologist with clean room manufacturing experience

-Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communications skills, good judgment, strong analytical skills.
